Chris is passionate about her career in real estate! Her quest for life-long learning is evidenced by her success as a realtor. Chris holds active licenses with the state of Oregon with a designation as a broker and agent and in the state of Idaho with an agent designation.  She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, a Windermere Relocation Specialist, a Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI), and holds a Ninja Certification.  Chris is also an owner of Windermere Real Estate Boise Valley where she is building a brokerage with a reputation for excellence and integrity.

During her decade plus career, Chris Watkins has become known as an esteemed broker/agent. She is highly regarded by her clients and professionals in the field as an agent with heart, drive and the ability to think creatively to bring buyer and seller together.  She has sold primary residential homes, vacation homes and condos, second homes, residential bare land, timber and development land, commercial and rental investment properties.
